Clickfreelancer.com may amend or modify these terms and conditions without notice, effective immediately, by updating this posting. Note: For purposes of this agreement, Users are classified as Freelancers and Users.

Removal Violation members
The clickfreelancer.com reserves the right to terminate the participation of any member or site without reason but expressly including any member site that clickfreelancer.com judges to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Members in violation of clickfreelancer.com’s Terms and Conditions will be immediately deactivated. The clickfreelancer.com may deactivate members with no prior notification. Members found in violation of the Terms and Conditions will not receive any credit or payment from clickfreelancer.com. Members that are terminated by clickfreelancer.com on any basis other than violation of these Terms and Conditions will be entitled to receive any payment due from clickfreelancer.com.
All of the following will be considered unauthorized use & will be a basis for termination removal:
1. You may not sell or copied any others’ works, projects, and pictures materials for personal use
2. You may not share your username and password.
3. You may not use the clickfreelancer.com and put members portfolios for spam, adult material, harassment or  any illegal content or activity.
4. You may not provide false or misleading information concerning your identity.
5. You may not use The clickfreelancer.com to advertise any URL. All URLs posted on clickfreelancer.com must be related to a project either as a link to your portfolio or resume.

Copyrights
No copyrighted material can be posted on clickfreelancer.com. This includes scripts which are sold by the author. Only posting sections, or excerpts of these scripts, as examples, will be permitted. A “section” or “excerpt” being no more than 10% of the script’s contents. This is meant to protect the author’s intellectual property rights.
Sharing
We do not collect or share demographic or personal information with anyone.

Third Party Links
To enhance the value of your Membership, clickfreelancer.com may display links to websites sponsored by third parties (“Third Party Sites”). If you click on one of these links, you will be taken to a website not controlled by The clickfreelancer.com. The Third Party Sites may contain information, affiliate programs or software that is important to the website creation process. clickfreelancer.com is not responsible for the content or operation of Third Party Sites reached by virtue of such links.

“False” Account Information
The clickfreelancer.com do not responsible in any false situations for members who put any account with clearly bogus information. Bogus information includes things such as entering “test” as your first name, “test.com” as your email address, etc. False situations above including to notification project by clickfreelancer.com and member verification fee.

Commission
The clickfreelancer.com is free for commission unless for certain circumstances and that is; The clickfreelancer.com can help the hirers / companies to choose one of the member to do their projects and it will be reserved by charging 10 % commission comes to member choosen by us. The commission will be transferred via BCA with the clickfreelancer.com notification E-mail. Clickfreelancer.com reserves the right to deleted members account by the system if we believe the referred user will not pay the fees they were charged, since affiliate commissions are based on those fees.

Fees
Clickfreelancer.com will take members fee via BCA with no greater than Rp. 30.000,- / month or the package we preferred (see the package under FAQ). Clickfreelancer.com accept the verification information members fee via E-mail and Phone under the information of your name, User log in, and 4 last digit of your account number or you can use your id card refers to your member sign up information.
Clickfreelancer.com reserve the right to deleted members account by the system if the payment 3 days late after our notification by personal member’s mail.
